International truck?

International truck?

Postby Arseny » Sun Feb 06, 2011 5:23 am

We tried to build the International truck of 1940s (K7 or K8).
The ZiS-150 and ZiL-130 models were used.
Now, this is the result of vivisection and painting. :)
The "stack body" International K7 truck.

Your opinion? Is it similar with the prototype or not?.. ;)

I have no idea if it's prototypical or not but I like the paint job

Another one in progress.
I hope, it will be 1948 Federal D65. (see the 3rd photo)

Your opinion?

If you want, I can ask Jakob "J.R." build another one for you. ;)
But it will be expensive enough. ;)

We used KrAZ tractor to get the chassis and semi-trailer and YaAZ truck to get the cabin + paint job and some additional work and details. :)

...so the total cost is approx. $77  , but you will get the cabin of KrAZ and the body of YaAZ as a bonus. :)

Another one; it will be 6-wheels International...

To compare with:

Unfortunately, I have no tank...

But do you see - there is a Chevrolet Fleetline on the gas station, the same as Mini-Things produces...
