Improving Tillig's BR86

Before I had mentioned that the running characteristics of this locomotive had a noticeable "chugging" motion to it. The problem was finally found to be the mounting bracket for the motor. The loose fit causes misalignment with the gear tower and binding of the worm gear.

Gluing the bracket in place will solve the problem and greatly improve the operation of the locomotive.
