HELP incorporating the Tillig 83769 15° crossing

2 loops criss cross EXAMPLE

I need help with someone with access to a track layout program to incorporate the Tillig bedding track 15° x crossing. MY disability in my right hand and wrist prevents me from assembly and disassembly tracks in trail and error. It will be located on the short side (foam 4 feet wide right now) of two loops. Also I would like to add before the x crossing a turn out one on each loop to bypass the x crossing and two more after to rejoin the original loop probably at the next corner. This is for the bedding tracks. Thanks

Forgot to add that I don't own a computer.

This is what I want to accomplish, a crossover with a turn outs before and after. See page 2 lower right hand corner.
Are the BTTB tracks geometry (radii & x over angle) different from Tilligs bedding track.

The BTTB radius at turnout was smaller and the frog angle greater. The small Kuehn turnouts are a better replacement as Tillig bedding track.

In the Tillig Gleis- Katalog, there is no shown example of that configuration in both the bedding and advance track systems

Hello Rich,

Here is the AnyRail replica of the layout you're showing, using only Tillig bedding track. It is 4 ft wide by 6 ft long. The gap circled in red can be closed as the bedding track has some (not much) give.

The PDF attached has the layout on page one, a layout showing the part numbers on page 2 and a bill of materials on page 3. I hope this helps. If you would like some tweaks PM me with the details.

Thank you, that is the size foam table that's in the construction phase, as soon I replace the ceiling fan above the dual oval which i removed on a 72 x 30 inch table expanded width to 36 inches by taping down 36 inch wide cardboard. Still like this layout but 180° reverse, for the Duisburg Wedau Bahnbau train yard I want to model.
simplified I have the four track extension sets which are still in their boxes, but will increase the number of turn outs for the yard, probably in the advance track system with the bedding.

Construction phase of my foam table top. Foam pieces are 2ft sq x 1in tk, (only size carried in my local Home Depot, the 4x8 ft sheets are 38 miles away and my vehicle is just too small without renting their truck). It's being held together by Glidden Gripper Primer & Sealer purchased at the Home Depot. I chosed this after doing searches on XPS foam adhesives and saw a video, water clean up too.
Here is that video comparing the different type of adhesives.
Note: it appears she is using XPS type foam not the stroyofoam brand of EPS foam, if that makes a difference.

The 6x4 foot table platform was completed mid November, than I used the folding table to wrapped Christmas presents that is now shipped to Washington state yesterday.
Now back to the construction phase of my folding table 6x4 foot platform. I purchased three 3/16 thk. 40x32 inch sheets of foamboard from Hobby Lobby for $5.99 ea. I'm using the same Glidden Gripper Primer to attach the foamboard to the XPS foam. In the attached picture it is only showing the 32 inch wide section, after 48 hours i will than attach the other section which I cut in half to cover the 48 inch wide platform. I'm using the 1 gallon of water (8 lbs.) for weight. With the foamboard length of 80 inches I calculated by using the R31 R396mm curves and 2 520mm flex tracks I will have 3 inches of spacing to the edge per side.
