Hi folks,

by now I'm a bit puzzled. I wanted to test direct ordering from Gold Coast Railway, because am needing some detail parts, not RTR wagons. So I wrote an e-mail to gcrailway and, two weeks later as I don't got any reply, a second via sleepyhollowmodels. The first try was one month ago, but I got no answer yet. Is that a normal duration? :|

They've never responded to me either. That lost them a bit of business. But what can you do?

Hm, at first I thought of an aggressive spam-filter or sth. else. Okay then I'll wait a while longer. Thx.

Felix is pretty fast to answer so I'd try again. He's got some stuff listed on ebay now so it might be easier to just ask him thru the ebay link.....dave

As far as I know the GC guys have been extremely busy with getting the new models done and also redoing their website. I'll shoot Felix an email to take a look at this post.
My website: https://www.ttnut.com
It's the website you're already on. But if you want to be even more on it, click the link.

Hi All,

@ lüTTe & scaro

Please re-send your e-mails. I'm very sorry about this, we have had some problems with our computer over
the last few months which might have resulted in lost e-mails. Problems have since been sorted with a new computer
which is one reason an update on the website has taken so long.

correct e-mail address for contacting Gold Coast is : gcrailway@hotmail.com

Thanks and sorry again for non-response, we always try to respond on the same day if possible.
Felix
