There was a steel PFE reefer planned, Mold production had started but was lost when the mold maker passed away.

As of 2018 the box car molds are in the hands of Lok-n-Roll.
As of January 2019, I do not believe that they have produced any new models.

Correction: (As far as I know...)
Lok-n-Roll only received the Fowler box car and AAR Bettendorf Truck molds from Gold Coast;
The '37 AAR box car molds have, to this date, not been recovered after the passing of the toolmaker...
Terry Wegmann in Southern California.

Richard is 50% right. Lok-n-Roll has only received the molds of the Fowler Box Car.

With these molds, Mike has produced 4 new cars:

Muncie & Western Railroad outside braced wood boxcar
Fowler Wood Boxcar as a stand-in for a car from the Mather Stock Car Company
1938 paint scheme „The Ball Line“
M.W.R. '38 Fowler Box Car 1268
1927 paint scheme „GLASS JARS“
M.W.R. '27 Fowler Box Car 1095

Georgia Southern & Florida Railroad outside braced wood boxcar
Fowler Wood Boxcar as a stand-in for a car from the Vernon Car Company
both in 1923 paint scheme
G.S.&F. '23 Fowler Box Car 9500
G.S.&F. '23 Fowler Box Car 9502

More are planned. It will be the C&NW Fowler Box Cars. But for now, one mold is damaged. I think it was the roof or floor.
Lok-n-Roll.de - we send worldwide
