As far as I know, all Georgian lines still in service are electrified. Do they really still have road diesels?

ChME-3 is not road diesel, it is a switcher.
I do not know exactly about Georgia, but in Russia switchers are diesel, not electric.
And also, as I know, one small road is still not electrified (Ninotsminda-Ahalkalaki)
