I am planning to offer you fire station building it TT soon.
It will be the model of Fire Station from Hartsdale, NY - nice old brick building:

It will be laser-cut kit, cardstock or plastic, we did not decide yet.
Maybe both versions will be available, but I am not sure.

Maybe, I'll also offer a set of this building kit and fire truck(s) made by RailTT.

I hope, it will be available in October.
If you want to buy this kit, please send me PM or email - I will plan production volume and order kits according the amount of you pre-orders.

Some good news: the process is going.
Maybe not too fast, but...

Cardboard details (facing, trim, etc):

Veneer windows and doors:

Thin plastic walls:

The kit is still not complete yet; some details are not ready (the roof and the bell tower), also the manual is necessary, but I hope it will be ready soon.

It looks really good. Can you create an additional sign "Police Station"? So it would be more variable usable.

I suppose it will be possible, but do you think that this building would be good as police station?

In any case, first of all I need the roof and bell tower.

I think Taxari has already a Fire Station, like me too, and he would buy this one and need a plausible application.

Which another kind of buildings has great gates at the front? An urban warehouse?

Would be a conversion of the gates to windows an option? For a shop or so.
