Favourite engine in fleet

Here is a somewhat interesting question:

What is your favourite TT scale in your fleet?

My favourite engine that I like to take with and display is my Class 86 2-8-2T (Zeuke).

Hmmmm, that's a tough one. Most of them are my favorite :D so I'll have to put some serious thought into answering your question.

For detail and mechanics the Mehano Blue Tiger is by far the winner. A top notch model in my opinion.
The Brawa e95 Is also extremely detailed, mechanics-wise I'd put it on par with the Tilligs.
The Kuehns offer 95% of the detail that Tillig does but run sooooo much smoother.

As far as a favorite though, I'm still struggling.

I have always been partial to the Ludmilas - br 132, 142, 242 etc.

My BR86 , mainly for sentimental reasons - this is the only BTTB loco I had growing up...

The current favorite: A newly weathered CSD 437.05 (ex BR56.2). I also removed the plastic coal load to be replaced with real.

I guess like BTTB fan I'll go with sentimental reasons. I've had these two since I was about 8. They're still fully functional and look relatively good :D

Can't go wrong with a diesel-hydraulic!

I wish I could say that I had TT scale when I was 8.

I did not even have electric trains when I was 8. When I was 7 I got an HO scale train set for my birthday. My mother would not let me set it up, and kept screaming at me "Are trains AC or DC?", despite the fact that the power pack was labeled "DC for Trains" and "AC for Accessories."

I ended up with a black eye when I pulled the manual out of the box and told her that the trains were DC.

By that time, she had fried the motor by keeping it on AC.

I was not allowed to ask for another train set for another 5 years.

And now I have trains of all scales!
