Exhibition diorama under construction

Jan,

I'm not yet in China but already asked one of my chinese partners to do some inquiries on these models. Fact is that these models are not made for private collectors. The business idea of that company is to sell models to the manufacturers of the prototypes to be used as advertising items and business gifts. The models are only made on demand. Minimum quantity is 1000 pieces per order.

Thank you.
This means that we have to contact the manufacturers of the prototypes to get the models :)
I can try to send some e-mails.

I recently did some experiments on the use of cell phone cameras for model railway photography. Here is one of the latest results for which I used this diorama. The picture was taken by the cell phone camera of a BlackBerry Classic. The HDR effect provided the atmosphere of an approaching thunderstorm.

Thats a great looking building. I'd lease office space there.

What would happen if I tried to phone that number?

Nice building , but the square footage may limit you a bit!

You just need to eat appropriate cake, or a mushroom from the right side, like Alice in Wonderland.

At that viewing angle, a wider footage is not possible since the backdrop ends at the right edge of the picture. BTW, while the BlackBerry has a square screen, the picture format can be switched to 4:3 and 16:9.

Hey, I had told you - just find a cake with the "Eat me!" sign, and you'll clear up that!

...I only want to know, if they have "Fill me!" gas on their gas station, to make my little Cadillac bigger, when I decide to return back to the big world...
