Sorry - should have made it clearer. We're talking specifically about DCC and sound products.

BTW, it appears that once you have registered and placed an order you get a discount on your next items. If I order the LokSound for the BlueTiger I get a discount that would pay for shipping and take a little off the item price.

Would that fit in a Lionel GP9 with PVM drive kit? I just got one to put together, I'm planning DCC but sound would be even better....dave

Thanks, I've been corresponding with Chris about my GP9, he's a very talented modeler and has been very helpful.
I was wondering if the lok sound decoder was smaller or easier to install than the tsunami? Regards, Dave Branum

I'm just getting into digital myself so not a clue. CSD maybe knows?

I don't. The only sound decoders I have used are the ESU units. It looks like Tsunami has some small ones too. One thing I would keep in mind is that some sound decoders have a rather large capacitor hanging off of them which may impact the fit.
