Has anybody had any dealings with Minatures by Eric, I ordered stuff which never arrived (yet) and there is not much of replies by email either. Pretty poor customer service I thought so I was thinking of your thoughts before I lodge a Paypal complaint

I get their stuff at my local shop, so can't say anything about their direct service... but since the shop is generally well-stocked, I assume there are no major problems - though have occasionally heard stuff about slowness.

Nothing, but they do make a number of N and HO scale items useful for TT... their 48" diesel fans for N scale are quite nice, and work out to be 36" fans in TT, for example.
