Got the email from Ingo about RS-3. Apparently a bank transfer is the only way to pay  Does anyone know how to do this in the US without paying an arm and a leg?

I haven't ever been able to do it for less than $45, and that was a while ago (when the SD45 etches came out),
so I'd say it's probably more now- I wonder why no Paypal? I'd be willing to cover the fees, 3% would still be less than the bank way.

Xoom... http://www.xoom.com/money-transfer
is a PayPal subsidiary... and does bank-to-bank for a number of countries (US, AU, DE and NL for instance, but NOT some other parts of Europe... e.g. CZ, HU) with excellent service and VERY low cost. 'TT-West endorsed'
