wait it's THAT cold? How is it snowing then? Or is it freezing up overnight and snowing during the day?

Usually here when it snows and doesn't stick it's because it's too warm to stick...

Sorry, I was simply musing about how people are complaining about the heat right now, and I mentioned the cold of last winter to get the, to stop complaining about the heat. I did not realize that I should have explained that in my last post in this thread to avoid the confusion.
