There's a bit of kitbashing neccessary. I think, BTTB's BR 130 would be a better match with fewer changes to do.

By the way:
ČSD sold their two locomotives of this type to БДЖ (BDŽ). One of these locos was repaired using the other one for spare parts. This locomotive got the number 07 091.

All European cars have to be registered in any European country. Because the registration in most eastern European countries is easier and cheaper, many western European car operators register their cars there.
OnRail is a German enterprise which registeres most of their cars in Bulgaria. But hardly any of these cars really sees Bulgarian rails.
So these two cars are not good examples for Bulgarian cars.

The first car shown is not X-type. It's a Y/B70-type coach made in GDR.
