I posted shots taken with my IPad2 (really a surprising good camera, an unexpected bonus) and uploaded them to another board. Some were oriented 180 degrees out, some only 90. I pulled them off the IPad onto my IMac with an ap called Image Capture which works better for me and uploaded them from my IMac to the site. The board management said it was a unique problem they'd never run into before. Me either, therefore, I'm assuming that it must be something to do with the Apple IPhone system. I use Firefox as my browser, and I'm way too old to surf with a tiny phone screen. Tom Dempsey

That's why I use Tapatalk on my phone (and the above image has the correct orientation). Everything is "human sized". It's a $4 app but worth it for me.

The "mark forums read" thing doesn't seem to be working. I'll check for new posts, look at what I want to, then click mark forums read. Some time later I'll check again, and posts I'd already (thought to have) marked as read are showing up in the list of new posts again.

Thanks, I'll try to recreate this bug and look into it.

I haven't been able to recreate this. Anyone else having the same problem?

It JUST started happening to me - slightly different but same idea. When I go to "view unread" and read a post, the topic should disappear from the "view unread" page. But it doesn't. So strange, it just started happening to me this morning. The last code updates to the site were months ago.

Alex,

I'm sure you already know that computers may be dependent on logic, but they are not necessarily logical.

I just purged the cache and all sessions so hopefully things will "realign".

This afternoon I had problems to get access to the forum for several times.
The server responded extremely slowly or even not at all.

Is there work going on on the server? And if so, for how long will these problems continue?

Recently, I got this response.
"Let's eat, grandpa."
