Birthday

The board is one month old now! I started this with no preconceptions about success or failure. I figured I'd throw it up and see what happens. So, what do you guys think? Do you find this forum useful / fun / informative? Are you getting anything out of it? Does TT scale deserve a dedicated US forum? Any general thoughts? Feedback is appreciated - thanks in advance,

Alex

I think the dedicated English language TT board is a great idea. Unfortunately, for the board to be successful, there is a "critical mass" of membership. I don't think we have reached that yet, and will probably not reach it for some months. With that uderstanding, it is important for members to stick around even if there is not much happening on the board yet.

This may seem a little slow now, but the summer season always seems to cause a lag in any of the modeling forums I'm in. Everyone must have to mow grass instead of build trains? I think the site is great, keep up the good work!

It's good! The only other TT scale forum that I believe is in english is on a dutch site. I say I 'believe' it's in english because I tried to join once and was not approved  or maybe no one even saw my registration so I never actually made it to their forum (can't view it without registration ). SO, keep it going!

Damn, that guy needs to see a dentist, and fast! Unless it's the shadows playing tricks on my drug addled mind, the teeth on that Borat type guy are a dark yellow, almost brown!

Happy Belated B-day TTnut.com!

Thanks! I didn't want to be boring and just say thanks, so here's something more fun:

edit:
I've decided to censor myself. If any ladies happen to be interested in TT they may not appreciated the pic that was here.
