We are currently displaying our small layout at the Spring 2019 Train Show held by the Twin Cities Model Railroad Club in Minnesota. Pictures and video to follow.

Is it bad that I am already contemplating what we will do for the 2020 TT Scale Resolutions?

It never hurts to look ahead! Though you might have to change them later depending on what you achieve this year.

That is a good thought. The new property lacks outbuildings at present time, but that does not mean that things cannot be taken step-by-step.
