Is the grain elevator in TT? If so, where did you get the kit?

It is actually a kit in HO scale that I bought off of eBay. Considering that there is a great deal of variance of sizes of grain elevators, all that really needs modification is the fill spout, which is yet to be installed, as I am trying to figure the most prototypical height for it right now.

Does the instructions or the wall itself show the location of the spout. Measure it's location and multiply it by 87 to get HO scale inches than devide that by 120 to get real inches. Just move the decimal point one place to the right to get TT scale feet.

e.g. let's say the distance from the ground surface is 4.25 inches, (and it's on the vertical centerline of the structure, which I'm not going to explain here).
4.25" x 87 = 369.75 HO scale inches (÷12 = 30.8125 scale ft.)
369.75 ÷ 120 = 3.08125 x 10 = 30.8125 scale ft (÷ 10 = 3.08125 real inches)

In other words
If the prototype fill sprout is 30.8125 feet (30ft 9.75in) from the ground
it would be 4.25 inches in HO and 3.08125 inches in TT

Here's a video of an Alberta grain elevator operator. Should answer lots of questions about grain elevators.

No instructions nor marking for the location of the spout. The instructions for the kit are rather simple, and only a simple picture of the completed kit are provided for reference.

By and large, wood-cribbed grain elevators are something more common in Canada and the mid-western United States.

Here are few examples from an online search:
