Bernd, those are suggestions for decals, not RTR.
I have found some more (not C&O though), have you got any wish?
The decals for you would be most likely made in USA.

I thought those are the paint schemes the engines come with. I prefer an unpainted model. I have a paint scheme of my own I would add to the engine, plus my own road name, "New York, Vermont & Northern Rwy." Plus the symbol I use as my avatar.

Also if/when I buy one I would only pay with PayPal. I will not use my credit card for overseas purchases.

All kits will be unpainted. I cannot help you much with decals for your own paint scheme.
Regarding the payment: I can ask him if he accepts paypal (I'll pay by wire-transfer). Don't worry about the payment method, we can find a solution.
I am not selling those. I am only trying to find enough orders for Ingo.

Unpainted is fine. No problem on the decals. I would still need to make a master to have them made, so don't worry about decals. I would take care of that. I stand firm on only using PayPal.

How much would the RS-3 cost? I model T&P, but the middle Rock Island would work for me.

The price indication for the kit is 200 Euro.

I don't have the artwork for T&P, the closest would be Missouri Pacific.

$220 US dollars for a kit. Seems kind of high to me. Is that with or without a drive?

That's kinda a standard price for a European short-run kit of its kind. It's kinda what's kept the NA and European TT scenes as separated as they are, I think, but.

The kit is with a drive, incl. Faulhaber motor.
RTR would have a different motor and I do not know the price for it yet.
