I couldn't agree more!
I couldn't use a colliery (sorry, no coal mines on my layout!), but if you make buildings that are regular warehouses, homes, etc I will be interested. And they don't need to be fancy, the modeler can modify it if they need to, it's much easier than building from scratch to cnahe a building around a bit. .
A wise TT'er told me recently "what the heck it is TT why have it easy", you can drive yourself trying to make it easy for someone else! Make what YOU need!

I am totally with Richard on this, since I model 1950's SP with emphasis on the citrus industry; actually, a citrus packing house rather than a cannery (well, here we go already... ).
Of course, I would also need 12-15 PFE R40-23 steel reefers to populate the scene!

Citrus packing house for sure. But Richard B had a typo, he meant CS #17 station. ;)

And yes. PFE reefers...

Wasn't Joe (Shipsure) working on a packing house? He hasn't been here in a while, but I wonder if someone would rattle his cage a bit if he would release his or offer it through a laser company like Ponoko?

He was, and on an SP station, too... I can't remember what it was now, I think a 16 or a 22.

I also wonder where he's got to, I sent him a Lionel F3 shell, said he'd clone it as a resin casting for me to use as a master for an F7 shell... (which I still want to do, so if anyone could do such a thing for me, please let me know!)

A couple or three small 'tool shed' type structures would be great. It shouldn't be too hard to do the drawings and they would also be quite easy to kit bash.

Ok; I understand that you some of you need SP station.
I have no drawings, but maybe you can provide me by paper/cardstock downloadable kit (pattern) for such station building?
If yes, it can be produced.
