Was that a track maintainer's vehicle, or? . . . Didn't take him long to get there?

Guess a railroad pays a price to run through neat scenery. Love that Susie Q paint scheme - simple but interesting. Think I spotted an SD40 among the power?

I beleive there are three sd 40s including a tunnel motor and an sd 45. Susie Q has a small yard about twenty miles north of that spot and i think they also house some maintanace vehicles their too.
