Yes. But only 1 unit existed in this livery.

Is this model in TT? Or it is H0?

It is Danish MY class locomotive (owned by Swedish train operator TÅGAB), it was painted in the American Great Northern scheme for the movie "Dancer in the Dark", by Lars von Trier, and was not repainted afterward, as I know.
A T43 class road switcher locomotive was repainted too.

That movie was set in the United States but filmed in Sweden, so the locomotive never visited the USA.

Oh, wow! I just thought of using a NOHAB as a Baldwin "Babyface" double-ender today myself, now this is just further encouragement to do so.

The construction company STRABAG had painted it, based on the Warbonnet livery, with its lettering. Image

There are a lot of foobies around. Especially in the movies.
For example, did you see the "Saving Private Ryan" movie?
The German tanks in the movie are not German Panzerkampfwagen VI "Tigers" in fact, They are foobies, based on Russian T-34s...

The same thing.
