The casting marks you wrote are the truck - not the car: those are Symington double-truss trucks.

The car itself I'm not sure, looks kinda like the USRA design.... but. Do you have any dimensions?

Аnd what does it mean - "19-48"? The year of production or not?..

That's very possible that it's the year the truck was casted.

That's why I'm puzzled - the lend-lease program ended in 1945, and it was the years of cold war... Were there any supplies from USA to Russia in 1948-1949 ?!

Are you sure that's a 19? Looks like 10-48 to me, but that's still October 1948... strange.
