I would agree, however the shuttle program is not officially over until Endeavour and Atlantis complete their museum conversions and they make their ways to their final destinations. (Endeavour to L.A. and Atlantis to the museum at the Kennedy Space Center.

I am sure we'll see some new spaceships, Orion or Dream Chaser, or passenger version of european ATV, or PPTS "Rus", or something else.
