I'll get a trailer.

The trailer is a cheap and sensible solution. Last time the whole layout with all rolling stock and supporting bits fit in half the trailer.

Voytek has 5 double modules, Richard has 2 doubles :o

I am reworking the display to allow for Voyteks and Richards modules. It is getting longer. Trying to keep it to a size that three people (plus one wondering around) can control. At the Western Rails setup we have enough spare modules to use as stand ins for Richards.

This is my latest thinking.
The upper display is getting to be a bit much for three (4) operators but may be OK.
The lower display is without Voyteks' modules. It will be easier to control.
I do like the smaller size so will rejig it with Voyteks' modules on the top edge and Richards' on the bottom side.

And here is a reworked plan.
Salt Lake City Three.jpg

Small enough for us to handle. All of our best modules are in the display.
We have enough spare modules to replace any missing set of modules.

Perfect.

Do we have to carry the 6-foot tables from here?

I will bring mine. If we load most of the stuff in your trailer I can leave one set of seats in my van and carry them behind that seat.

The GuiTTar Case should be included - it has won awards.

For the trailer to be loaded to code, it needs a lot of weight in front of the axle. Since the module boxes are super light, the tables can act as deadweight in the trailer.

Bringing the GuiTTar display will cost us 2 modules and one person to run it.
Of course it does not have to run all the time.
