You got the size of the intermediate modules for the yard, but there's five of them. I think we should squeeze the last one in too. Terry likes the big yard. Can we extend the long side by a table width?

If I understand correctly what you're suggesting, this can be achieved by just moving the yard entry module closer to the power module. Move it one module closer, add the yard module and move the loop a little - all without changing the tables or rest of the layout.

If I removed the Guittar layout and rearranged the tables, I could add four and a half more modules.

I would use Bjoern's Baseball Diamond and second bridge module, and two more modules if I did this. Depending on space available, the GuiTTar layout could sit on a six foot table outside the opening.

Operator of GuiTTar Case will block access to and from centre of layout. When operator isn't there, visitors can pass behind GuiTTar Case (past chair and power cords), which isn't desirable. If that were blocked to visitors it would also block access to and from layout. Previous arrangement is better in my opinion.

So a couple of options.
The original:

No GuiTTar layout at all:

This has four and a half more modules than the first option.

or a relocated GuiTTar layout:

This does allow for two more modules than the original setup.

I would like to have the GuiTTar layout as it is a crowd pleaser but I do not know if I have enough bodies to keep it manned.
I think the solution is to go with the second option and have the GuiTTar layout there. If enough bodies are available to run it, we pull a few modules to make space for it.

You cannot not show the guitar case.

The original option seems better. With the third option we may trip a lot on the guitar player’s chair.

Riffing on the original option. Can we overstep the original footprint? Can we? Please say yes...

Maybe. Won't know until we get there.

Our official load-in time is 15:00 Friday afternoon. I hope to be there a bit early.
