I am asking for both weekends.

And we are confirmed for both weekends.
Mark your calendars, fix your equipment and work on your modules.

I expect we will have a diner or two in the evenings at Cristos Greek Taverna, Pizza Hut or whatever strikes our fancy in the area.

Only three of us to set-up and operate. The weekends will be a lot of work. Hope young Jayden is there to help.

Is anybody ever "ready" for a train show?

On a more serious note:

What's the plan? Should we set up the night before?

Before the show opens to the public we have to troubleshoot the electrical bits to see why we had shorts on the crossings the last time. I believe we now have Bjoern's good cables, don't we?

Last time, there were lots of tables to pull out of storage and set up. I assumed we would be doing that Friday evening as we did last year. And instead of taking a full day off my volunteer work Saturday, I thought of getting to the display at mid-day. If we're setting up Saturday then I need to change plans.

Yes, I have the connecting wires from Bjoern.
