Hmmm...
2.07 mm / 25.4 x 1000 = 81.5
That takes it somewhere between code 81 and 82.

With the variation that does exist in rail of the same nominal code, that's definitely still code 83.

The show is approaching fast and I am Again not ready but it will happen.
Despite crappy weather(moved my work table inside), junk in my work area(1-800-Got-Junk fixed that), a twisted ankle(getting better), and a broken van(fixed), progress is being made.

The new back track sub-modules are being sceniced.

The white area is actually light gray gravel and is where the tank farm will be. This area will be extended onto the near module. I decided that two tracks would be better than one. The end two pieces of track on each siding are loose so I don't have yet another awkward joint across a module edge.

Today I went through all my DCC equipped SW1200s cleaning and lubing them.

Need to print handouts.
Need to pack up freight cars.

The hall will be open from about 3 PM Friday till late.
Due to work issues I am not sure when i can get there. Aiming for 5 PM.

There was talk of a dinner. Not sure what day though. Friday is screwed up for me but may work. Saturday is the banquet. Sunday would be OK if people don't have to leave right away. Thursday night would also be possible if everybody is in town that early.

So I'm wondering, how's the exhibitor thing being handled, setup, nametags, etc? I imagine the table stuff's all been handled?

I am beyond 'Not Ready'... in shambles would probably be more descriptive.

I'm planning to arrive Friday 5-ish... assuming they let me across the border.
We might be -forced- to settle for a 'refreshing beverage' Friday after set-up. My intent was to head South into mid-WA on Sunday evening to cut the Monday drive home a bit.
