I've added support for adding Youtube videos directly in a post. There are rules!!!!! Please respect the fact that people may be at work so add a 'work friendly' / 'not work friendly' comment to your videos. If you post lewd content you go bye bye. SO, here's how you do it:

1. Click on the 'youtube' gray button located above the text box when posting.

2. Get the video id from the Youtube URL located right after the 'v=' - example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRvP2zlRo8I

3. Stick that between the '[youtube]' brackets that appeared on the page when you clicked the 'youtube' button - example:
[youtube]wRvP2zlRo8I[/youtube'

4. post and you get this:
