Hello people,

yes I can! Okay, the tie plates are 3D print from a german company. I have different tie plates, which you glue at the laser wood. At the picture, you can see different types!
the model for the tie plates was as follows: Tie Plate - double shoulder for 127lb

That's really nice Michael! It's an ingenious way around expensive injection molding! Are there square holes cut in the ties to accept the square pins on the bottom of the tie plates?

Yes,

at the appendix can you see the track without tie plates but with holes and a ready track!

The installation is very easy and better than tt-filigran! Simply plug in, turn a little glue and then cut with a knife - that's up to the rail profile! I'd say 5 minutes for 500 - 1000 mm track length!

That looks very good actually. But - are there any plans for switches? It would look weird with low profile line and high profile (Tillig) switches and how would they connect so there is no "bump"?

of course! I developed the current rail system for 2.1 mm (Busch) and 1.8 mm (Microengineering)! both have the same base width. for the rail sidings with 1.4 mm profile height will give separate tie plates.
At appropriate points I'm working. I'll start with a wye and Turnout # 5 - 7, which are used most frequently. Where I need help from you guys U.S., the Frogs and SPLIT SWITCH. Which types are addressed and how they look exactly + dimensions? Who can help me there?

One day in the next days, when it's not either raining or (more unlikely) snowing, I'll go out and shoot some photos of switches for you.
