There it another 2-bay hopper, available from PVM.
It is decared as "34 Foot 2 Bay Covered Hopper Kit."

Can anybody tell me, what type of hopper it is?
Which railroads owned such hoppers?..

I did a halfassed search some years back but didn't really find any prototype that the model was very good a match for...

I'll qualify that, though, by saying that this was around 2007, when I was still in my early stages of learning about North American railways.

I'd looked at it again since, but with more specific things in mind, so I can say with confidence that no car like this was owned by Canadian roads or by the Pere Marquette...

Some similar cars, too.

I don't know the dimensions of the model; if I did, it might help in finding possibilities...

I want to order one from PVM, so I will be able to measure it only a little bit later...

Possibly. I might be able to tell more if I could read the running number. I don't have much on RDG equipment but I'll go through what I do have and see if there's anything similar.
