The dealers, who are usually referred to as ETS, are big favourites with Marklinistas. It's a family business and they have at least one "bricks and mortar" shop (at one time they had three). One of the family members has good English and looks after English-speaking customers.
They have an online shop, but it's nowhere near as slick as Lokshop's - what I've done in in the past is to send an email stating what I want and Maria looks after it. They do take off the 19% VAT for non-EU customers. Their shipping charges are higher than most eBay sellers (although not as exhorbitant as some!), but they always include insurance and tracking. They have some second-hand stuff, but I'm not sure if there's much TT in there. They take credit cards and bank transfers - beyond that I'm not sure what other forms of payment they accept.
