Experience with Beckmann?

Experience with Beckmann?

Postby ConducTTor » Thu Nov 24, 2011 5:08 am

I'm looking for some feedback on Beckmann locomotives. I've been throwing around the idea in my head to get a BR 120 if I come across one but I'd like to know about the quality. I know what the models look like - I'm mainly concerned with the driving behavior.

Do you have a link for Beckmann? Google doesn't seem to know anything about them.

Beckmann locos running smooth and very well. They have a large amount of weight.

I have a BR38 and a BR103, both run very nicely.

Thanks. Nice looking locos, and not frighteningly expensive either. My German is pretty thin on the ground - is that snow plow an unpowered model?

Yes you are correct, it is not powered & has no lights. However, it does roll & has a coupler on one side so you can hook it up in front of a loco as intended.
