Wow.... I am quite positive that James would have smashed and destroyed that card not long after the difficulties with obtaining customer service began. He has a low tolerance for faulty electronics.

Then again, he does not want to convert to DCC out of the difficulty in converting our HP fleet, and out of trying to keep our TT trains simple (and cheaper).

Finally all problems with the decoder are fixed (I also had an issue that the sound simply disappeared). ESU's "support" has been non existent however I got all problems squared away on the ESU forms thanks to a member by the name of "dac". Thank you to that person!!!!!!!!
