I haven't tried these with TT stock yet, but given that TT shares the same NEM coupling pocket as N, there's potential here.

Pretty cool. And it would be very easy to incorporate NEM pockets into new products.....and come to think of it, into older/existing products as well.

If these couplers are compatible with the TT-scale NEM shafts, it will be great!
If so, we can use TT-scale locomotives from Piko or Tillig or Roco as power units!

Oh yeah ^^^^ ! I didn't even think about that! They should be compatible. I can whip up a bunch of NEM shafts to mount like the Kadees do so they can be added to American models.

I wonder, if these couplers are compatible with the Kadee/Microtrains ones?
If yes, we can use together American stuff (such as GC, HP, etc) with the Kadee couplers, and European-made stuff (for example, locomotives power units) with these couplers

Even if the N scale couplers were to fit into the TT NEM mounts, wouldn't they likely come out at the wrong height (probably too low), since N scale couplers are mounted closer to the rails than TT should be? Having them be able to couple with Micro-trains couplers seems too much to hope for...

Very useful. Some of the mechanics are from Tillig, like for the E-7. But the page is temporarily down.

I think the NEM-shaft is too low with this couplers to our knuckle couplers.

Would someone be willing to provide more information about the NEM coupling pocket? Such as, is it a standard? Is it patented? (Or, can we adapt it to U.S. commercial models?) Are photos and dimensions available?

It is the norm of the European Union of Model Railroad and Railroad Friends (MOROP). And it is standard at commercial models.

The NEM 358 is the coupling pocket. The opposite is NEM 357.
